How does it work?
Use our online rental service to browse through our catalogue of items. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, feel free to put the order through! If you need some help figuring out your needs, send in your Wishlist (requires 50% deposit) and a representative will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your order.
How do I search for products?
Search by category or type the item into the search box. All related items will show up for your selection.
When should I reserve?
It’s never too early! All bookings are done on a first come, first served basis – so book early to ensure availability. Keep in mind that peak event season is from May-August.
How long is the rental?
One-Day Price for Three-Day Rental: All items are priced for one-day and available for a standard 3-day rental. Exceptions for events taking place on weekends where items may be picked up on Friday and returned on the following Monday.
Extended rental dates or long-term rentals are welcome. Please contact us (link) with the product name and SKU#.
How and when do I pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental reservation. Full payment is due one week prior to the delivery/pick-up date. A valid credit card number is required on file for security, and we accept e-transfer, Visa, Master Card, cash or cheque. Please note that payments over $500 made by Visa or MasterCard will incur a 3.5% handling fee.
I need to change my order/cancel items.
We require 72 hours notice prior to delivery/pick-up for any order changes/cancellations. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to any order reductions/cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.
I need to cancel my entire order
You may cancel an order at any time. Your 50% non-refundable deposit fee may be used as a credit for a future rental/service.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
When and where do I pick up my rental order?
Please make an appointment (link) for both pick-ups and returns.

What if I’ve lost something or can’t return my items on time?
Late items will be billed at a half day rate per day until returned. After 72 hours of not returning the item, replacement charges will be applied, unless other arrangements have been made. If you receive an order and something is missing, you must notify us PRIOR to the start of the event, so that we may rectify the situation, or remove the items from your invoice.
Do you offer additional services?
Delivery & Install: Prices starting at $100 depending on event complexity. Please contact us (link) for an accurate quote.
Site Measurement & Site Plan: Flat fee of $100 if no floor plan can be provided. We can provide site measurement, 2D floor plan and layout and event 3D rendering if necessary.
