Event Warehouse Helper / Truck Driver

Are you ready to join our team? At Key Events & Weddings, we’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our busy wedding season. This position may lead to a permanent role, so if you’re the right fit, we want to hear from you!

Position: Event Warehouse Helper / Truck Driver
Type: Permanent Part-time / Full-time
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Rate: $25 – $30 per hour
Potential for: Part-time leading into full time

Responsibilities

  • Manage event orders and inventory
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Maintain warehouse organization
  • Drive up to 3-ton trucks in Vancouver and surrounding areas
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections
  • Assist with event setup and coordination

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age or older as required by company insurance
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean record
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Experience driving up to 3-ton trucks
  • Proficiency in Key Events Inventory database
  • Excellent communication skills

Assets

  • Previous warehousing and inventory experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with text messaging and WhatsApp

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events? Join our team at Key Events & Weddings! We’re looking for event crew members to assist with delivery setup and strike, with opportunities for growth into permanent part-time or full-time roles.

Position: Event Crew / Wedding Decorator
Type: Permanent Part-time / Full-time
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Shifts: Evenings and weekends 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and takedown
  • Assemble décor and props
  • Arrange table settings and decorations
  • Set up lighting and audio equipment
  • Provide post-event cleanup and maintenance

Mandatory Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and long periods on your feet
  • Previous event experience preferred

Training

Basic decoration and setup training were provided.
