Event Warehouse Helper / Truck Driver

Position: Event Warehouse Helper / Truck Driver
Type: Permanent Part-time / Full-time
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Rate: $25 – $30 per hour
Potential for: Part-time leading into full time
Responsibilities
- Manage event orders and inventory
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Drive up to 3-ton trucks in Vancouver and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections
- Assist with event setup and coordination
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older as required by company insurance
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Experience driving up to 3-ton trucks
- Proficiency in Key Events Inventory database
- Excellent communication skills
Assets
- Previous warehousing and inventory experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with text messaging and WhatsApp

Position: Event Crew / Wedding Decorator

Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Shifts: Evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and takedown
- Assemble décor and props
- Arrange table settings and decorations
- Set up lighting and audio equipment
- Provide post-event cleanup and maintenance
Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Comfortable with physical tasks and long periods on your feet
- Previous event experience preferred
